Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore life’s challenges, gain clarity, and grow in ways that feel meaningful to you. Together, we’ll set personal goals and use evidence-based tools—like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness—to create practical strategies for change and resilience. Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes and scheduled at a pace that fits your needs and lifestyle, giving you space to reflect, learn, and move forward.

Cognitive Processing Therapy
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is an evidence-based, time-limited treatment that helps people heal from the effects of trauma. CPT focuses on understanding how traumatic experiences can shape beliefs about oneself, others, and the world, and on gently identifying and challenging “stuck points” such as self-blame, guilt, or persistent fear. Through structured conversations and practical exercises, CPT reduces symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and depression while supporting greater emotional clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of safety, control, and ability to move forward.

Nature-Based Therapy
Nature- Based Therapy is an innovative and evidenced-based therapeutic approach that integrates the healing energy of nature and nature-based activities—such as guided walks or outdoor mindfulness—to support mental and emotional well-being by reducing stress, improving mood, and fostering a sense of connection. It integrates therapeutic techniques with natural environments to promote healing and resilience.

Sleep Therapy-CBT-I
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia is recognized by major health organizations, including the American College of Physicians, as the first-line treatment for chronic insomnia. CBT-I is a short-term therapy, typically completed in 6–8 sessions, that helps you regain control of your sleep patterns and enjoy restful nights without the side effects of medication. It provides long-lasting improvements, reduces the likelihood of relapse, and supports overall well-being. CBT-I is effective for insomnia but also has great benefits for those struggling with stress , depression, or anxiety.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy is an evidence-based therapy that helps individuals build practical skills to manage intense emotions, reduce self-destructive behaviors, and improve relationships. DBT focuses on balancing acceptance and change by teaching skills in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. This approach supports greater emotional stability, healthier coping, and a more balanced, meaningful life through structured, skills-based strategies and collaborative therapeutic support.

Cognitve Behavior Therapy- Unified Protocol
The Unified Protocol (UP) is an evidence-based, emotion-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy designed to treat a wide range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, panic, social anxiety, OCD-related concerns, and PTSD symptoms. Instead of focusing on a single diagnosis, UP addresses the common patterns—especially difficulties with emotion regulation—that underlie and maintain distress across different conditions, helping clients build healthier ways to manage emotions and improve overall well-being.
